PLANE Baseline Report

This report presents baseline learning results from Window 1. Under this Window, PLANE is supporting state governments to improve literacy and mathematics outcomes in over 1900 schools across Kano, Kaduna, and Jigawa states through provision of teacher training, instructional materials, head teacher support, and ongoing monitoring. In Year 1, PLANE is providing support in primary grades 1 and 2, with additional grades scheduled to be added in subsequent years. The project aims to reach all six grades by the end of the project.
